Luca and his friend, Mac. Mac was reluctant to swim to retrieve sticks from the sea, so chose to wait in the surf and try to steal it from Luca as he passed.

Being overly polite Luca usually let him have it.

The door of my ‘darkroom’ [cupboard] was opened as I was loading this film into the processing tank. Thankfully only the first picture on the roll was irretrievably affected, and it wouldn’t have been terribly good anyway.
