I’ve been trying to decode what’s going on here. I think Miss. A is explaining something to Mr. B, which Mr. B is now realising is pretty obvious (Miss. A’s pointing at it), and Mr. B’s feeling a little sheepish for having said something else earlier which goes against what Miss. A is saying.
